holiday lights are here

marcicatThe very first holiday lights went up at the apartment complex I live at yesterday. I *think* they are Halloween lights. From my viewing distance, my best guess is that one string is pumpkins (orange blobs) and one string is ghosts (white blobs).
It seems early. Really early. Maybe they are actually to celebrate the first day of autumn? (September 22) I mean, I don’t typically think of that as a twinkly lights holiday, but it could be!
[PS: I LOVE THEM ANYWAY AND THEY MADE ME SO HAPPY WHEN I GOT BACK LAST NIGHT THANK YOU CRAZY EARLY NEIGHBORS!]
