I spent *all day* at work telling myself, “As soon as I get home, I’ll get right to writing! I will write MANY WORDS! I will laugh in the face of my current shortfall! HA!”

Then I actually got home.

Now I’m telling myself, “Hey, maybe I should watch that second disc of Children of Dune first. I bet it would help me focus later if I wasn’t thinking about the cliffhanger ending of the disc one anymore!”

I’m sure you can see where this is going.
