Uh, so I was trying to figure out what to write about today, and I came up with the following ideas:

*what even with the weather right now? (seriously, what is that noise?)

*story time about how I find saying ‘eventually, we’re all going to die’ quite soothing, but have learned not to say it at work, or anywhere, really

Neither of those seemed that great, though, and last Wednesday I just posted a picture of a trail sign, although that does remind me that I saw another version of that sign when I was out on Sunday!

(I also — foolishly, as it turned out — did not bring my ice grippers with me on that walk. It was only foolish about 50% of the time, and given that ratio, it’s probably a success that I only wiped out twice — and really, one of those was less a wipeout and more of a ‘strategic catching of my balance that happened to include being very low to the ground.’ On the other hand, my arm still kind of hurts, so it wasn’t *that* much of a success.)
