I need to wake up AND calm down

Five days into August, and my brain has basically spent the entire month so far going, 'Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' I'm not -- entirely sure why? But every time I'm like, 'hey brain, how's it going? just checking in, you know,' my brain is just: 'Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!'

So THAT's been exciting.

On the other hand, the air is cool and delightful this morning, and the sun is shining, and those are two encouraging things. Onwards!
