participation points
Sep. 6th, 2019 05:55 amMy workplace likes to "get people involved" and "build morale," which is workplace code for "tell people to wear football jerseys to work." I've lost count of how many events are apparently celebrated by wearing football jerseys. I have nothing against it, although of course I don't actually own a football jersey.
What I do own, for certain definitions of the word 'own' that include 'I borrowed this from
starandrea and never gave it back,' is a football t-shirt celebrating the Patriots back to back to back Superbowl victories back a long time ago. (Clearly I haven't yet found it, or I would know which years.)
I dig out this shirt for any and all sports-related workplace participation events. (Which are surprisingly numerous -- making me somewhat shocked that the t-shirt isn't somewhere close at hand. Where could it be???) It is super effective. And also comfortable.
In conclusion, thanks
starandrea!
