I can't believe my hearts and rainbows 2020 planner hasn't arrived yet! I actually went and re-read the 'office supplies ordering policy' yesterday just to check on timing, and it definitely should have. Based on the written policy, it should have been ordered on Monday, September 30th, and arrived by last Friday. ::gasp:: Could it be that the admin team isn't following their own policy? #NotShocking

But maybe today will be the day!
