holiday decorations update

marcicatOutdoor lights:
*ONE additional apartment has put up some outdoor lights (they look great!). Also, I mostly fixed mine so they don't droop down *quite* so unevenly on one side, which I feel was a significant victory. I'll even take it instead of getting a holiday light bingo win this year.
Indoor decorations:
*Anticipation is growing to see if the Christmas bear wreath will make an appearance this year. The apartment that still had an autumn decoration up at the last update has now swapped it over to Christmas, so this floor is at 6 out of 7 doors participating (plus one apartment that's empty right now).
