a fortuitous beginning

marcicatWoke up this morning and found the cat sleeping on the very top platform of the cat tree. (Sleeping, or possibly just waiting for me to wander by so she could peer into my soul -- always hard to tell with cats.)
But then I got to watch her come back down so she could supervise my preparation of her breakfast, and she did SO WELL I'M SO PROUD OF HER. (I do realize they're, you know, designed for cats. And this one is carefully positioned next to things to make it easier to get between some levels. But still! So cute! So impressive! I feel like a proud cat parent!)
