Sometimes it's a Monday, and you just don't have much to say.

Anyway, last week I decided I'd better look up the origins of the "can have a little...as a treat" meme.

(I'm on the lower end of the meme savvy spectrum, but I work with people who are even less meme-aware than I am, and occasionally I find joy in stealth-meme-ing in the workplace. But I try to keep in mind that someone COULD recognize a popular internet phrase, so I like to check the origin story first. Just in case.)

Luckily, the internet has reassured me that the origins of "as a treat" are actually all about cats which was absolutely one of the best things I learned last week.
