Movie Review: Transformers 3

marcicatWhat I Liked:
The robots transform! No, really — huge kudos to the special effects team that put together the ‘transformers shifting forms in motion’ scenes. Very cool. (It’s possible these seemed *more* cool in comparison to all the other scenes, simply because the transforming actually seemed to have some logical purpose.)
What I Didn’t Like:
The movie doesn’t make any sense — and I didn’t care enough about any of the characters not to mind. (Reboot!Trek didn’t make any sense either, but it was still awesome.)
I think my core issue with the movie is illustrated by the title. It’s *actual* title is “Transformers: Dark of the Moon.” What? I mean, it’s like I can see what they were *aiming* for, sort of, but what they actually came up with DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. Your title has no meaning! At all!
