How could I have forgotten the most exciting thing about yesterday? THE MINT CRINKLE COOKIE IS BACK. Yes, I probably make way too many visits to Panera each week, but they’re close enough to walk from work, and the people are nice.

The MINT CRINKLE COOKIE is the most delicious of Panera creations — it’s sort of like their regular chocolate cookie, except without all the parts I don’t like (mostly the nuts), and with an addition of delicious peppermint-sugar sprinkled all over the cookie. It’s fantastic, and it’s only available during the winter.
