marcicatWinter is such a wild ride -- it's snowing! It's melting! It's the January thaw! It's record cold!
(Okay, also, I've made fun of the 'New Englanders buy a new shovel every year for some reason' thing as much as anyone, or maybe more. But I got a shovel a few years back and left it in my car, as one does, and the summer heat really did a number on it, so now I kind of get it? Also, why not? Winter is hard, and shoveling is hard, and if a new shovel makes it more fun and manageable, it seems like a small indulgence.)
ANYWAY. There is maybe a storm coming at the end of this week, or maybe not. It's Schrodinger's snowstorm. Which is very exciting!
