marcicatHaha got distracted from writing a post, played wordle instead. Made myself laugh, because by attempt #3 I had four of the five letters present but all in the wrong spots, which I think is a personal record. (How do you get that many letters right but also wrong at the same time?)
Work continues to be work. There was a company meeting last week; we were told they're hoping to get everyone together for an in-person event in August. Which sure is an idea. August: not the state's best month.
The executives were very excited about all the "talent" they've been attracting by opening up positions to remote employees, but the idea that an employee who deliberately signed on for a remote job may not actually want to fly to New Hampshire to meet everyone in person seems to remain out of reach to them. They truly live in a different world than the rest of us.
