caturday heat wave

marcicatAHHHHHH it's so hot! Already! I went outside and I was all 'this is fine, I'm fine, it's not so bad.' And then ten minutes later I was 'this is not fine I need water! I'm wilting like the flowers!'
BUT! I remind myself:
*There is cold-brew coffee talenti in the freezer.
*There are electrolytes in the cupboard (and now fizzing away in my water bottle).
*Monday will be cooler.
*Autumn will come (eventually), and then winter again, the coldest but coziest season.
*For now, fans! Cold showers! Bare feet! These are all good things.
BUT! I remind myself:
