marcicatGreat things about cooler weather, even though it does Sort Of Feel like we went right from late summer to mid-autumn:
*BLANKETS
*Hooded sweatshirts. Layers. Jackets. A significant increase in the number of pockets available in any one outfit.
*Standing in the sunshine feels like basking, instead of baking.
*It is now SPOOKY DECORATING SEASON according to the local neighborhoods. (Big Halloween town here.)
*Vibing in a fleece jacket while looking out the window (hot beverage optional) is now a Seasonal Aesthetic. (Also works while standing on a porch or deck.)
*We get to put the winter star cutout curtains back up, which I love.
