marcicatI was reading fics from an AO3 collection this week, and it led me down the rabbit hole of Star Wars fics. (Relatedly: R U OK, STAR WARS FANDOM???)
My 'knowledge' of the Star Wars canon universe(s?) is extremely limited -- I've seen (some of) the movies, and that's it. It's great! Who are these people? I don't know! I just want to read about them finding a family and having a nice day! I have no idea what parts of fanfic are pulled from some version of canon, and what's just made up, which is pretty much my favorite way to experience fic.

On Melida/Daan, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Child of No Clan, finds purpose and finds family, and begins a journey which will change the shape of his life and the galaxy in ways he'll never fully understand.
