marcicatWhen we're following our usual schedule, the cat gets a morning meal, an evening meal, and a 'bedtime snack.' When she had a sitter coming over to check in on her while we were traveling, they came over in the morning, the evening, and mid-day -- so I asked them to give her the snack during the mid-day visit.
(IDK, it felt weird to ask them to come over at night? And I thought a mid-day visit would keep the day from being too boring. I'm always boring at night even when I'm around, so that seemed like it would be less of a challenge for the cat to deal with.)
Now that we're back, of course, the cat would like to continue with the mid-day snack AND get a bedtime snack. So far I have held strong on this topic. But we'll see.
