Bucky hates surprises, so Steve gives him the best gift possible for his birthday: a schedule.

In the case of an all-day life-threatening event Your Birthday will be rescheduled to March 16. In the case of a life-threatening event occurring sometime during the day, only the interrupted schedule item and subsequent schedule items will be rescheduled to March 16. In the absence of a life-threatening event the schedule will be strictly observed.
