Ever since I became aware of the “optoutside” campaign, I have intended to participate, yet never actually done so. Weather is a tricky thing in late November. And since I am lucky enough to have three post-Thanksgiving days off, it just makes sense to me to pick the best of them for an outdoor adventure.

And this year, that day is today! Not as cold as yesterday, not as rainy as tomorrow — I will venture out into the world and see what there is to see. Also probably venture to the grocery store, because food.
