On Monday night I had weird dreams, but in the midst of the weirdness there was a little moment when I was showing kids a de-stressing visualization exercise. It went like this:

*close your eyes

*make your hands into fists and put them near your head

*think about the things you're worried about

*open your eyes and fling your hands out in front of you (in a victorious 'ta-da!' way)

*all your worries are stars!

It doesn't quite work as well in waking reality, since I don't actually get a pretty starry sky in front of me when I do it, but I like the catchphrase.
