oh boy, more inspections
May. 3rd, 2021 05:48 amGot an email last night letting us know that more inspections are scheduled for the apartments today and tomorrow (water heaters today, smoke alarms tomorrow). (If they show up, which they didn't last time, so who knows.)
The fb group has already pointed out that this violates the 'must give 24 hour notice before entering the premises' rule, though I suspect there may be some sort of safety-related loophole.
This is Not Ideal in multiple ways, but at least one of them is kind of funny. Because I thought it was obvious I was packing up a month ago, and two months ago, and honestly pretty much ever since this whole thing started in February. But it's definitely *more* obvious now.
So I'm very, very curious if this will get mentioned to me. (I have not told anyone here yet. They are on my list to contact next week!) I guess I should prepare an answer to the 'are you planning to move out' question. Something other than 'wouldn't you?'
