the sun is back!
Feb. 9th, 2022 06:54 amWhen we moved into the new house, it was June, and the sun came in the back windows in the morning. It was A) very pretty; B) an excellent source of natural light; and C) sometimes overly warm, but that's summer in a nutshell.
But as the sun changed with the seasons (I can't remember the science reason for this -- the tilt of the Earth's axis? time zones? magnets? SCIENCE!!! ::shakes fist::) -- anyway, it didn't reach the back windows during the darkest and coldest months. Until today! Juuuuuust barely, but it definitely lit up the windowsill this morning! Very exciting!
