hey, my birthday's this month

This morning I woke up and I was feeling pretty bleh. (A mix of blah and meh, which is pretty accurate to my feelings.) And I thought 'what day is it, January fourth? so it takes about four days for me to start wondering what I'm doing with my life.'

Which was a heavy thought for 6 am in the morning, but that's how it goes sometimes. And then I remembered that my birthday is this month, which is definitely something fun to look forward to! Day off! Perfect excuse to buy myself something(s)!

Also the sun came up, which always makes me feel better. Let's do this day!
