So, in the scene in Marta’s house, when the two agents attack her? I wondered how they handwaved Aaron’s sudden arrival/rescue. Did he rush in from the back door? (Two more agents were in a car out front, so presumably he didn’t come in that way.) Maybe in through a window?

I re-watched this scene at least five times. As far as I can tell, he comes out of a closet (or pantry, or whatever you call that place where you keep your brooms and you extra paper towels and stuff). Not from outside at all — he was already in the house.

(Which, one — creepy! And two, in that case, why the long delay in leaping out? Was he distracted? Playing Angry Birds? WHAT WAS HE WAITING FOR?)
