movie review: Thor 2 (non-spoilery)

1. The marathon was very fun! A grand total of 6 people took part at our local theater, so it was definitely not crowded. At all.

2. Still don’t love 3D glasses. I blame my ears, which I think must be a funny shape or something (I had to have my current actual glasses adjusted something like four times).

3. Thor 2 itself was good. Heimdall wins the gold star.

4. I keep seeing stills from the movie on tumblr and thinking ‘did I see that part?’ So it’s entirely possible that after 5 hours of previous movie-viewing, I was not at my most alert during Thor 2.

5. I sort of wish the movie had been a lot longer, or possibly a written story instead. Because the visuals were totally awesome, but it felt like they rushed over the story part sometimes. And the character parts. And the dialogue.
