February lowlights

1. Snow, cold, ice, rain, slush, grayness, ice dams, flooding, slipping, shoveling.

2. Crashed my car into the median on a major highway.

3. Caught a seven-day cold (technically, this is day eight, but now I’m just in denial).

4. Griping, worrying, uncertainty, and only just so many ways you can say ‘it doesn’t seem to be getting better.’

5. Gas prices solidly above $3 (for real this time?).

BUT IT’S ALMOST OVER AND MARCH IS GOING TO BE AWESOME AND WONDERFUL WITH FLOWERS AND SUNSHINE! AND PUPPIES! AND KITTENS! AND POSSIBLY BUNNY RABBITS!
