Movie Review: Toy Story 3

I watched it last weekend, on the suggestion of someone from work. Definitely my least favorite of the Toy Story movies. Deeply disturbing on a variety of levels, and lacking in the hilarity that I liked in the other two.
I’ve been thinking about it for a few days now, and this is what I’ve come up with as the crux of my problem with the movie:
Based on everything we saw in TS3 — the toys communicating with humans in writing, toys traveling in the “real world,” utilizing technology at moderately advanced levels, having life plans, and all that — why aren’t we fighting for their equal rights? It’s like Bee Movie all over again — it takes all the fun right out of it.
