time for a post-Christmas update

Christmas (or Christmas decorating, at least) is not quite over yet! While the famous Christmas bear wreath has disappeared for the time being, the red berry wreath is still going strong. It’s not overtly Christmas-themed (red berries, gold star), so I happily gave it a pass for January (red and gold are great New Years colors!) and even February (red for Valentines Day!).
Now that we are in April, however, I am starting to wonder. After all, there is a reason I do not have a Christmas wreath, and it is this: wreaths are A Challenge to store in the off-season. (Of course, if you just leave them out all year round, you have the dusting issue, but it might be worth the tradeoff.) Will the red berry wreath ever come down? An Intriguing Question For The Ages.
In other notable April happenings, the fall decoration that reappeared after Christmas has been replaced by an Easter decoration. Very seasonally themed, looks very easy to store. A commendable choice!
To summarize, the current floor count is as follows:
*One (1) red berry wreath
*One (1) Easter decoration
*One (1) spring-themed collage (that’s mine, it looks better in person than in the picture, or possibly it just gets a boost from being dimly lit)
*Five (5) non-decorated doors
