movie update

marcicat*Have now re-watched Independence Day and half of Independence Day 2.
*If you buy a movie from itunes and it stops working (like, for instance, the sound plays but the picture is frozen) you can delete the movie from your library and re-download it for free. (Did not know that until this week! Also did not need to know that until this week!)
*Both Independence Days pass the Bechdel test. (Shocking, I know.)
*I appreciate how ID2 just embraces the fact that it makes no sense. (There’s a moment where someone asks ‘how did we not see something that massive coming towards us until it was 20 minutes away?’ And everyone is just like ‘idk, weird, huh?’)
*Now I kind of feel like I should complete the 4th of July trifecta and watch Live Free or Die Hard.
