back to work Thursday

Thoughts on heading back to work after five days off:

*A two day work week should be pretty manageable, right? Right?

*My window is open and I can hear crickets and windchimes and birds (and the rumble of the AC units running).

*I checked my email just once, on Tuesday evening. It seemed — fine. Fine-ish. We’ll see?

*I really meant to do more stretching yesterday.

*On the plus side, I have actual meal food for lunch, instead of snack food. (Both are good! But I’ve been eating a lot of snack food lunches recently, so the variety is welcome.)
