one week till Thanksgiving

I am lucky enough to not be cooking for Thanksgiving (thanks Mom! you’re amazing!). In fact, right now I’m still trying to figure out the grocery list for next week’s work lunches — it’s just three days, which means I could probably get away with cheese and crackers if I really wanted to. But I may compromise and make crockpot oatmeal, which is also easy, but more like real food. (Probably I should get things for both, and then I could split up the oatmeal and freeze half of it for the week after Thanksgiving, which tends to sneak up on me after the four day weekend.)

Ah, the conundrums of grocery day.
