Me, a few weeks ago, before the rains came: “Sure, Dixing doesn’t have any sunshine, but darkness has its own beauty!”
Me, now, after three days in a row of unending gray: “If a glowing pillar told me right now that stealing some stuff from strangers was the way to bring the sun back, crime would suddenly be looking a thousand percent more appealing.”
What I’m saying is that I am feeling a certain empathy with the disaffected youth of Dixing this week.
