Sometimes I think to myself, 'Wouldn't it be nice if I had better posture? Think of the benefits!'

Unfortunately, when I'm at work, my brain counters with: 'But consider this: good posture is very noticeable, and the benefits of being unnoticed cannot be overstated.'

And when I'm not at work, my brain counters with: 'But cozy nap time truly is the best of all worlds, is it not?'

Which is to say, my nebulous thoughts of encouraging myself to have better posture have so far met with zero success.

I keep thinking of getting one of those posture correctors since I read that poor posture can cause headaches and migranes.
