marcicatOne of my biggest challenges at work is guessing whether people haven't done something because they're really busy doing other things, or because they just forgot.
Because if they're busy doing other things, the last thing they need is me pestering them about the thing I'm waiting for. And I get that!
But if they've forgotten, they're going to come back with that detested phrase, 'Oh, you should have reminded me!'
In conclusion, working from home is still the best, because no one can hear me back-talking the contents of my email inbox.
