post-nanowrimo: day 1

marcicatHappy December! Whew, nanowrimo. That sure was a thing. Let's not do it again for like, a year.
Things I am excited about today:
*Advent calendars day 1! Yay bears and games!
*I won't be trying to write anything during work! (::cough:: Not that I ever did that, of course. Just, you know, hypothetically, there wouldn't be any reason to do it now that nanowrimo is finished, if I had been. Which I wasn't.)
*Depending on how much time I wind up with, I might put up the tree today. I moved the furniture yesterday so there is a spot for it, which currently looks very empty!
