A more accurate descriptor would be:
snapshots (in no particular order)

Last night driving home from work, I saw my first Christmas lights of the season. (Pretty sure they weren’t Halloween lights, although those were surprisingly popular on my driving route.)

This morning I looked out the window and thought, ‘Hey, fall is here!’ The leaves, which held on through abnormally warm weather, abnormally cold weather, snow, ice, and rain, have picked today to finally come down. My car has a leaf blanket!
