I'm still laughing

Last night I had one of those 'dream about a past job' dreams, though it was unexpectedly more fun than usual. At one point, one former coworker was asking another former coworker about a planned task: making inquiries about something lung / respiratory related. (I have no idea what, exactly; that was one of those things that made perfect sense in the dream, but upon waking was an obvious plot hole.)

And she said, "You'll make the lung-quiries?"

Not only did this get a laugh in the dream, it was *so funny* that I actually woke myself up to chuckle about it.
