marcicatNah, no work thoughts this morning, only STAR TREK thoughts!
*Just watched SNW S2ep4 last night ("Among the Lotus Eaters," aka the one with the amnesia planet). Amnesia! Not my favorite trope (except for that one Stargate Atlantis fic which was A+ great).
(This one: Amnesiac, by Speranza)
*Erica! She flies the ship! (PS I do not think starships are meant to be able to do that phaser/spin maneuver; that seems ALMOST as wildly unbelievable as Enterprise's 10,000% boggling 'let's have someone climb from one ship to another ship while they're both at warp.') (PPS: Both maneuvers were also wildly awesome, no lie.)
*(Things I learned today: how to spell the word 'maneuver.')
*I want Erica and Spock to become BEST FRIENDS FOREVER. (To be fair, I would like Spock to be BFFs with everyone. This does not seem like an unreasonable ask.)
*I also want to know how many people figured out the 'a disembodied voice will answer our questions' thing when they all got amnesia on the ship.
