workaday Wednesday
Apr. 6th, 2016 06:54 amMy workplace is big on communicating. Not necessarily effectively, but the sheer quantity of communication has got to count for something.
Every once in a while, though, we get a communication that sounds suspiciously like it was generated by the Bureau of Communication.
*It has come to our attention that:
an error has occurred, though we accept no blame for said error.
*It was never our intention that:
we would have to tell you about this situation.
*Please accept our:
understanding of your feelings.
*Moving forward, we will:
take swift, yet vague, action to prevent this from happening again.
*That said, we would appreciate it if you:
call someone else with any questions you may have.
